It is our mission at Prescott United Methodist Church to make disciples of Jesus Christ for transformation of the world. Only God "makes" disciples, but we offer many opportunities to grow in faith for everyone.

A Disciple is a Learner, and becoming a disciple is a lifelong process. There are opportunities to learn to follow Jesus Christ for every age at PUMC, and people begin the journey of disciplship at any age. Some people are raised as Christians while others have a life-changing experience through an event or a person at some time of their life, which encourages them to ask questions and seek a deeper understanding of God.  All are welcome at PUMC.

Check out the Family Ministries, including special trips such as the Fall Family Camp.

There are many Spiritual Growth opportunities for Adults as well.  See Adult Education for more details and specific classes offered.

Youth Fellowship happens at PUMC on Sunday mornings at 9:00, followed by the Family Worship Service at 10:30.  The youth are also involved in various service projects and a summer week-long mission trip.  This year our youth traveled to the Navajo Reservation in Arizona June 10-15, 2012.

Sunday School for children age three through High School occurs during the 9 am worship service on Sunday mornings throughout the year.  We use Cokesbury curriculum, which is age appropriate for children grouped age 3-grade 1, grade 2-5, middle school and high school.

Professionally staffed child care for infants and toddlers is available during each and every worship service.  The love of God is the most important message our little children (and everyone) learn at Prescott United Methodist Church.

The PUMC United Methodist Men meet one a month for breakfast and a special program.

Adult Spiritual Growth opportunities abound at PUMC.  Sunday morning has two opportunities and there are numerous short-term courses throughout the year to help us grow as disciples of Jesus Christ for transformation of the world.
